Course Objectives:
Understand the fundamentals of Food & Beverage operations in hotels, restaurants, cafés, and catering establishments.

Prepare and serve beverages including tea, coffee, soft drinks, and basic bar drinks with correct presentation and service etiquette.
Use standard restaurant equipment and tools safely and efficiently in daily operations.
Communicate professionally with guests, handle orders accurately, and deliver high-quality customer service.

Handle billing and payment procedures using basic POS systems or manual billing methods.
